ASG bandit, soldier killed in Sulu clashes

A soldier and an Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) bandit have been killed in a series of clashes in the province of Sulu, a top military official disclosed Tuesday. Maj. Gen. William Gonzales, the Army’s 11th Infantry Division commander, said the first clash, which lasted for about 15 minutes, ensued around 9:20 a.m. Monday in Barangay Bangkal, Patikul, Sulu. 401 immigration personnel back after bouts with Covid-19
