The Philippine Army (PA) on Thursday reminded all of its officers and enlisted personnel to remain non-partisan in the conduct of next year’s national and local elections. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Southern Leyte district engineering office has completed the construction of tourism road leading to Guinsaugon Lake in Saint Bernard town, a popular destination among mountaineers in Eastern Visayas. The PHP9.8 million newly-paved road with a length of 0.667 kilometer, has a width of 6.10 meters and thickness of 0.23 meters.
