Couple Arrested with PHP6.8 Million Worth of Shabu in Zamboanga del Norte Drug Sting

Dipolog: Authorities arrested a couple and seized PHP6.8 million worth of shabu in an anti-drug operation in Zamboanga del Norte. According to Philippines News Agency, the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit-9 (RDEU-9) identified the suspects as Amo, 37, of Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte, and Lady Sara, 29. They were arrested during a buy-bust operation at around 10:07 a.m. at the Boulevard in Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City. The operation resulted in the confiscation of 20 large heat-sealed plastic sachets containing one kilogram of suspected shabu.
