ITCZ to bring rains over most of PH

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao and Palawan will cause rains over most areas in the country, the weather bureau said Wednesday. The provincial government of Pangasinan temporarily prohibits the entry of chicken and poultry products from Cagayan Valley due to the threat of Avian influenza or bird flu. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has opened a total of 156 Go Lokal! outlets nationwide since the program was launched in December 2016.
