Former Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Antonio T. Kho Jr. was formally sworn in Thursday as the latest appointee of President Rodrigo R. Duterte to the Supreme Court (SC). Kho, 56, took his oath as the 193rd Associate Justice of the high court before Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo at the en banc session hall. The Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Ligao City together with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is conducting free birth, marriage, and death registration on Thursday.
