Soccsksargen records 305 Covid-19 recoveries

A total of 305 patients in Soccsksargen have recovered from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) as of Friday night, the regional health office here reported. “This is the second-highest record for recovered patients in the region for a single day,” Arjohn Gangoso, acting spokesperson of the Department of Health (DOH) 12 (Soccsksargen), told reporters in an interview Saturday. Of the total recoveries, South Cotabato topped with 201; followed by General Santos City, 58; North Cotabato, 29; and Sultan Kudarat, 17. The number of recoveries from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Central Luzon has reached 125,879 after 210 were recorded as of Friday night. In its latest case bulletin, the Department of Health-Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOH-CLCHD) said this is equivalent to a 94.1 percent recovery rate out of a total of 133,803 cases in the region since the start of the pandemic.
