NAGUILIAN, Isabela – To give more Isabelinos land tenure, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary John Castriciones led the distribution of 670 certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) to as many farmer-beneficiaries, including seven rebel-returnees in this province on Thursday.
