ANKARA: Team Belgium has withdrawn from Monday’s Paris 2024 triathlon relay after an Olympian fell sick. KUALA LUMPUR, The crude palm oil (CPO) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives slipped on Monday, driven by bearish global sentiment and a sell-off in the equities market, said palm oil trader David Ng. Ng also said concerns over weak demand due to the ringgit’s strength are pressuring the CPO market. ‘We see the next price support at RM3,700 and resistance around RM3,870,’ he told Bernama. Spot month August 2024 slipped 89.0 points to 1,530.0, September 2024 dropped 87.5 points to 1,513.0, December 2024 fell 89.5 points to 1,520.0 and March 2025 slid 90.0 points to 1,510.0. Turnover improved to 19,125 lots from 10,184 on Friday, while open interest increased to 63,439 contracts from 53,986 previously.
