Manila: The Department of Health (DOH) has activated its National Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) as the Marcos administration declares a one-year state of national calamity due to the extensive damage caused by Typhoon Tino, and in preparation for the potential impact of Typhoon Uwan.
