Ilocos: A total of 161 individuals were arrested for various crimes in the Ilocos Region from August 26 to September 6, the regional police reported on Tuesday. In a statement, Police Regional Office (PRO) 1 (Ilocos Region) director Brig. Gen. Dindo Reyes announced that among the 161 arrested, 67 were drug suspects apprehended during 56 anti-illegal drug operations.
