Negros oriental: The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in Negros Oriental has disbursed nearly PHP140 million to 18,525 beneficiaries under the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program for the first half of the year.
