DAVAO CITY – The City Health Office (CHO) here recorded 5,000 dengue cases and 50 fatalities from January to October this year, according to an official statement on Tuesday. MALASIQUI, Pangasinan – The province of Pangasinan was placed under blue alert on Tuesday after Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was raised due to Tropical Storm Kristine. ILOILO CITY – The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) has finished the implementation of 50 solar pump irrigation projects in Western Visayas, serving 918 hectares of service areas benefiting 661 farmer beneficiaries, an official reported on Tuesday.
