Eastern Visayas Army steps up typhoon response in Bicol
TACLOBAN CITY – The Philippine Army in Eastern Visayas is stepping up its disaster response and recovery efforts in the Bicol region through its personnel deployed after the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.
