A lone bettor in Metro Manila became PHP71 million richer after winning the Super Lotto 6/49 Tuesday night. In an advisory on Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lucky bettor guessed the winning combination of 44-05-17-48-13-43 with a jackpot of PHP71,360,581.
