Ilocos Norte farmers get more farm machinery

More farm machinery was distributed to farmers on Thursday as part of the government’s farm mechanization program to ensure food security in the province. A magnitude-5.8 quake jolted Davao Oriental on Thursday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. The tectonic quake struck 147 kilometers southeast of the municipality of Tarragona at 4:21 p.m. It was 2 kilometers deep.
