Joint police and military operatives have arrested in a law enforcement operation one of the most wanted persons here, an official said Tuesday. Col. Rexmel Reyes, Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) director, identified the arrested fugitive as Benjamin Sirabani, 46, a resident of Sitio Tungalip in the island village of Tumitus, this city.
