Bicol police warns public vs. fake bills

The Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO5) has warned the public against counterfeit money and advised those who get hold of it to immediately report to authorities. In a statement on Tuesday, Brig. Gen. 91 micro entrepreneurs in Pampanga get subsidies

At least 91 more microentrepreneurs here received subsidies from the city government through the “Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay” program on Tuesday. The “Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay” is a livelihood seeding program of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) first adopted by the city in December 2020. Of the total beneficiaries, 45 of them are public market vendors and 46 engaged in different food manufacturing industries. Army deploys communications equipment to typhoon-hit areas

The Philippine Army (PA) on Tuesday announced that it has deployed additional satellite phones, very small aperture terminal (VSAT), and electric generators to typhoon-affected areas to provide a communication system to hasten the government’s disaster response. “As of today (Tuesday), we already deployed a satellite phone and VSAT at Headquarters, Western Command in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, and three VSAT in Visayas Command (VISCOM).
