Baguio City: The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Cordillera announced that only light vehicles are permitted on Kennon Road. Kennon Road is one of the three primary access routes to Baguio City, with the other two being Marcos Highway and Baguio-Bauang Road (Naguilian Road).

According to Philippines News Agency, this measure anticipates a surge in travelers heading to Baguio City and its vicinity for the Holy Week holiday. The advisory also states that all national roads and bridges in the region remain accessible, urging travelers to plan their journeys accordingly.
