MANILA: The Philippine government has provided USD50,000 worth of aid for disaster risk reduction, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Monday. “The Philippines and Mongolia are both vulnerable to natural calamities, and must work together to mitigate and reduce disaster risks. MANILA: A police officer was killed while another was wounded in an operation that resulted in the rescue of two Chinese nationals and arrest of two kidnappers in Pampanga, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday.
