MANILA: The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Monday highlighted the need for a single, comprehensive law that covers cyber-related offenses. DND to buy ballistic helmets, military body armor for soldiers

MANILA: The Department of National Defense (DND) is allocating some PHP11.7 billion to buy ballistic helmets and military body armors for some 115,000 Philippine Army (PA) soldiers.
