MANILA: The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Monday highlighted the need for a single, comprehensive law that covers cyber-related offenses. MANILA: The Department of National Defense (DND) is allocating some PHP11.7 billion to buy ballistic helmets and military body armors for some 115,000 Philippine Army (PA) soldiers. In a bid bulletin posted at its website, the DND said the ballistic helmet project has a budget of PHP2. 875 billion. KOTA KINABALU, The Sabah petanque team aims to win two gold medals at the Malaysia Games (SUKMA) 2024, which will be held in Sarawak from Aug 17 to 24.
