5 More Centers for Youth Offenders Up Next Year, Says Gatchalian

Manila: Five more regional centers for children in conflict with the law (CICL) will be established next year, according to Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian. A PHP200-million budget has been allotted in the Senate version of the proposed 2026 national budget for the establishment of the five Bagong Pag-Asa (BPA) centers, Gatchalian said in a statement Tuesday. Manufacturing PPI Sees Modest 0.3% Growth in October Amid Slower Expansion

Manila: Producer Price Index (PPI) for Manufacturing expanded by 0.3 percent to 98.8 points in October 2025, driven by the manufacturing of a cola brand and refined petroleum products, among others.
