Cebu: The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) on Thursday urged local government units (LGUs) to strictly enforce no-build zones and strengthen the implementation of climate-resilient land use planning to help prevent flooding and other disasters in vulnerable areas. City Gov’t Urged to Prioritize Local Farmers in Vegetable Procurement

Iloilo city: The Sangguniang Panlungsod (city council) has urged the city government, particularly the City Social Welfare and Development Office, to prioritize local farmers in the direct procurement of vegetables for every food assistance and related programs. Manila: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is looking at the Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCEs) of candidates to check whether their declarations with regard to their campaign contributions are correct.
