Negros island: The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), which leads the Management of the Dead and Missing Cluster of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in Negros Island Region (NIR), reported 66 fatalities and 68 missing persons due to Typhoon Tino (international name Kalmaegi). DOJ Expects All Respondents to Attend Nov. 14 Flood Control Probe

Manila: The Department of Justice (DOJ) is expecting all parties implicated in ghost flood control projects in Bulacan province to attend the first preliminary investigation hearing on Friday, Prosecutor General Richard Fadullon said Tuesday.
