Manila: Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. on Sunday ordered the forced evacuation of residents who defy government calls for preemptive evacuation due to the possible adverse effects of Super Typhoon Uwan. Super Typhoon Uwan Disrupts Flights Across Philippines

Manila: The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced additional temporary airport closures as Super Typhoon Uwan continues to affect parts of the country.
