DSWD Expresses Gratitude to WFP for Support in Cebu Disaster Operations
Bogo city: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Thursday extended its gratitude to the World Food Program (WFP) for setting up a Multi-functional Storage Unit (MSU) at the Tent City in quake-affected Bogo City. Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao of the DSWD’s Disaster Response Management Group (DRMG) highlighted the importance of the MSU in facilitating swift disaster response operations for internally displaced persons in Bogo City and other areas in northern Cebu.
