Bacolod: Drug enforcement teams of the Bacolod City Police Office seized PHP9.11 million worth of shabu in two weeks of operations since the start of the 46th MassKara Festival on Oct. 1. Gingoog city: The local government of Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental, is resuming in-person classes following a review of the structural integrity of all school buildings. In an announcement on Wednesday, Mayor Erick Ca±osa said the resumption of classes will begin on Thursday, Oct. 16.
