Bulacan: Police authorities arrested the “top 1 most wanted person” in Angat, Bulacan during a joint law enforcement operation conducted in San Jose del Monte Sunday night. The suspect, identified as Bernando Carvajal III, 39, was apprehended by combined elements of the San Jose del Monte City Police Station and the Angat Municipal Police Station.
