Ilocos Norte: The Ilocos Norte government is providing delegates of the 65th Palarong Pambansa with the opportunity to explore the province’s well-known attractions at no cost. According to Philippines News Agency, Edison Justine Deus, the officer-in-charge of the provincial government’s Communications and Media Office, announced on Tuesday that the free tours are available on a first come, first served basis.
