Chinese Fugitive Arrested in Para±aque for Drug Trafficking Charges

Manila: A Chinese national wanted in his country for drug trafficking charges has been arrested in Para±aque City, Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Wednesday. In a news release, BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado identified the fugitive as Ouyang Shixing, 40, who was arrested inside his condominium unit by elements from the BI’s Fugitive Search Unit (FSU).
