More Parties Ink Pacts with BCDA for Longer Stay in John Hay
Baguio: The Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) on Tuesday announced that three more residential lessees have signed agreements for extended stays within Camp John Hay. According to Philippines News Agency, new 25-year residential lease agreements were finalized on January 16 and 17. These agreements involve a 427-square-meter country estate unit, a 449-square-meter country homes unit, and a 275-square-meter forest cabin, as stated by Leilani Barlongay-Macasaet, BCDA’s vice president for Public Affairs.
