Bacolod City Grants Special Permits for ‘Undas’ Flower Vendors.

Bacolod city: The city government here issued special permits to almost 250 vendors selling flowers in various areas across the city during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. Areas opened for flower vendors until Nov. 2 include Gonzaga, Araneta, and Gatuslao Streets in the downtown area, the Libertad and Burgos public markets, and outside the Bacolod City public cemetery on Burgos Street.
