Davao city: The Davao City Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) activated its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on Friday, placing the city under “blue alert” in preparation for the All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day observances on Nov. 1 and 2.
