The National Commission on Senior Citizens (NCSC) opened Mindanao’s first Senior Citizens Community Care Center (SC3C) in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon on Wednesday. The SC3C, a joint effort between the NCSC and local government units, aims to provide accessible, comprehensive elderly care services.
