Negros Occidental recovers control of official Facebook page

Kristine now severe tropical storm; parts of Luzon under signal no. 3

Manila: ‘Kristine’ has intensified into a severe tropical storm and is forecast to further intensity until it makes landfall Thursday night or Friday morning, the weather bureau said.
