Babysitter Pleads Not Guilty To Neglecting Child

MELAKA, A babysitter pleaded not guilty in the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court here today to a charge of neglecting a one-year-old boy causing the child to be injured last year. Siti Salwa Rezuan, 35, was charged as a person having the care of the boy to have neglected or exposed the child in a way that may cause him to suffer physical and emotional harm. NRES To Enhance Flood Warning Sirens Ahead Of Northeast Monsoon 2024/2025

PUTRAJAYA, The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) is enhancing flood warning sirens to reduce property damage and loss of life in preparation for the Northeast Monsoon (MTL) 2024/2025, expected to start this November and continue until March 2025. Bursa Malaysia Ends Morning Session Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Bursa Malaysia ended the morning session lower today, mirroring most of the regional markets, as sentiment remained cautious due to the Middle East tensions, said an analyst. At 12.30 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) declined by 3.70 points, or 0.23 per cent, to 1,635.61, from Wednesday’s close of 1,639.31. The benchmark index, which opened 1.39 points higher at 1,640.70, was continuously in the red after the first 20 minutes of trading.
