Gov’t begins preparations for mandatory speed limiters in PUVs

Manila: Ranking transportation officials have started drafting the guidelines to enforce mandatory speed limiters in public utility vehicles (PUVs). Manila: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Friday the early voting hours policy for the members of the vulnerable sector in the 2025 midterm elections would be implemented nationwide.
