PUTRAJAYA, The Court of Appeal has rescheduled to Sept 11 the delivery of its verdict on Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s application for review to reinstate his discharge and acquittal on four criminal charges related to the Jana Wibawa project. PUTRAJAYA, The Ministry of Health (MOH) will not tolerate any form of exclusivity, price collusion, anti-competitive practices, or procurement management issues, which contribute to the increase in the cost of procurement of medicines.
