PDIC to Auction 75 Properties via E-Bidding Across Luzon

Manila: The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will auction 75 properties across Luzon through electronic public bidding on October 14 to 15. The properties include 31 vacant agricultural lots, 37 residential properties, and other properties classified as mixed residential and agricultural.

According to Philippines News Agency, these properties are located in various regions, including Cagayan, Isabela, Benguet, La Union, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Bulacan, and Nueva Ecija. The PDIC has announced that interested buyers can submit their bids online starting at 9 a.m. on October 14, with the submission window closing at 1 p.m. on October 15. The opening of bids will occur at 2 p.m. the same day.

Prospective buyers who wish to participate in the e-bidding process need to register once on the portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register. Alternatively, they can access the portal by selecting the 'Assets for Sale' icon on the PDIC website's homepage at www.pdic.gov.ph. The PDIC advises bidders to carry out thorough due diligence on the condition, status, and ownership of the properties before submitting their bids.
