Palace Extends Birthday Wishes for Health and Success to President Marcos

Manila: Malaca±ang on Friday wished President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. good health and continued success in pursuing his key initiatives for national development as he approaches his 69th birthday on September 13.

According to Philippines News Agency, during a press conference at the Philippine Embassy in New Delhi, India, Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro articulated the Palace's wish for President Marcos to remain healthy and protected as he continues his work for the Filipino people. Castro highlighted that President Marcos frequently travels both locally and internationally, fulfilling his presidential duties.

Castro expressed optimism about the completion of most of Marcos' priority projects before the end of his term. She emphasized the numerous projects initiated by the administration that require efficient action and coordination among government agencies to ensure their success.

Furthermore, Castro noted that President Marcos remains busy and focused on advancing the country's development. She urged Filipinos to support the President's efforts to sustain the country's progress and to remain vigilant against misinformation and disinformation that could undermine these efforts.

She underscored the importance of unity for the success of the administration's development agenda and encouraged Filipinos to contribute positively towards national progress. Castro appealed to those who may be critical or misinformed to recognize the need for collective support to achieve the administration's goals for the country.
