Para±aque city: Four high-value individuals (HVIs) have been arrested and PHP2 million worth of illegal narcotics have been seized in an anti-drug operation in Para±aque City, the Southern Police District and the Para±aque City Police said on Thursday. In a statement, police elaborated that the buy-bust operation took place around 4:45 p.m. along Ninoy Aquino Avenue in Barangay San Dionisio.
According to Philippines News Agency, the primary target was an individual operating under the alias Lex, a 29-year-old male identified as a high-value pusher. During the transaction, police moved in and apprehended Lex along with three accomplices identified by their aliases: Yans, a 34-year-old male; Ali, a 45-year-old male; and Giann, a 29-year-old female.
Upon their arrest, authorities discovered and seized six heat-sealed plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu. The narcotics had a total weight of over 300 grams, with a standard drug price of approximately PHP2,040,000.
