Iloilo City: Revelers can look forward to holding a piece of a unique souvenir to mark their 2025 Dinagyang Festival experience with the unveiling of an iconic Ni±o Dinagyang warrior dolls by Megaworld’s Iloilo Business Park on Tuesday.

According to Philippines News Agency, these one-of-a-kind collectible dolls honor the vibrant culture and heritage of the Dinagyang Festival, featuring an exclusive design that symbolizes the heart and soul of the festival in Iloilo Business Park. The Megaworld Lifestyle Malls stated that the warrior dolls are a “must-have keepsake for the festival-goers,” crafted with intricate designs that reflect the dynamic spirit of Iloilo’s warrior tribes.

Festive Walk Iloilo general manager Karmela Jesena, in an interview, emphasized that the exclusive Ni±o dolls are the best symbolism of their devotion to the Santo Ni±o. “As we all know, the real purpose or meaning of the Dinagyang Festival is our devotion to the Santo Ni±o. This showcases and symbolizes our culture, faith, and devotion. It is dressed in an Ati warrior costume because it is also our cultural pride,” she said.

Megaworld will also host 14 other events during the festival, including the food festival joined by over 200 merchants, the Iloilo Business Expo trade fair, star-studded entertainment, and a grand fireworks display. It will host the final judging area for the ILOmination Philippine Light Festival and float parade.

“In partnership with the local government, we have solidified our role as a key contributor to the festival’s remarkable success. This year, we proudly shine the spotlight on the essence of our identity, our rich culture, exquisite cuisine, and boundless creativity,” Jesena added. The highlights of the festival are set for Jan. 24-26.
