Manila: The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has initiated the rehabilitation and upgrading of damaged road sections along the northbound stretch of Roxas Boulevard in Malate, Manila. The project commenced on Monday, focusing on restoring the inner lane fronting Sands Residences along M. H. Del Pilar St.

According to Philippines News Agency, the DPWH-South Manila District Engineering Office announced that the mobilization and preparation for these rehabilitation works began on Sunday. This early start was aimed at ensuring a smoother and more efficient implementation of the repair processes.

Motorists have been advised to anticipate traffic congestion during the period of repair. The DPWH has recommended the use of alternate lanes to ease the flow of vehicles and minimize disruptions.
