Manila: Ranking transportation officials have started drafting the guidelines to enforce mandatory speed limiters in public utility vehicles (PUVs). Oil prices dropped on Friday amid growing concerns about an economic slowdown in key markets, China’s slowing demand and the potential for increased OPEC+ supply. International benchmark Brent crude fell by 0.45 percent r to USD74.54 per barrel at 10.59 a.m. local time (0759 GMT), down from the previous session’s close of USD74.88. Over P1.3-M shabu seized in Negros Oriental buy-bust

Police operatives arrested a ‘high-profile’ suspect and seized close to PHP 1.4 million worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Sibulan, Negros Oriental early Friday. Lt.
