KUANTAN, A landslide was reported to have occurred at KM67 Jalan Besar Brinchang, near Agro Market, Cameron Highlands, today. Thunderstorm, Heavy Rain Warning For Several States

KUALA LUMPUR, The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning for thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds, expected to affect several states until 6 pm today. In a statement, MetMalaysia said the warnings cover Perlis and Langkawi, Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena and Padang Terap in Kedah. PM Anwar Announces RM13 Mln Govt Allocation For Post-Floods Assistance In Kedah

ALOR SETAR, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced a Federal Government allocation of RM13 million for post-flood assistance in Kedah. He stated that the funding would be used for aid, cleaning efforts, and the repair of infrastructure damaged by the disaster.
