MANILA: The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) welcomed the dismissal of Metro Clark Waste Management Corp.’s (MCWMC) complaint against the BCDA and Clark Development Corp. (CDC) on the Kalangitan sanitary landfill.
