Antique: The Antique provincial government will enter into an agreement with the developer of a socialized housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program. Antique Housing Board Secretary Eby Archangel Butiong said in an interview Tuesday that the Provincial Board gave Governor Rhodora Cadiao the authority to enter into a memorandum of agreement with Ethan Property Developer.

According to Philippines News Agency, the developer is proposing to build 1,248 units of socialized housing or condominium units in Barangay San Pedro, San Jose de Buenavista town. ‘The Antique provincial board, during its regular session Monday, had approved the implementation of the 4PH that would address the housing needs of the provincial government employees and those from different sectors,’ Butiong said.

Once completed, 636 applicants, mostly employees of the provincial government, will be prioritized. The agreement is expected to be signed next month, followed by the groundbreaking ceremony.
