Manila: Four weather systems will continue to dampen parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday. In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that the trough of Severe Tropical Storm Koto (formerly Verbana) will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over Palawan. Rome: Italy is on track to record another historic low in births this year, with national statistics agency Istat reporting a 5.4 percent drop in births from January to August 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
