Dagupan city: The city government of Dagupan has reported PHP130 million in initial damage to fisheries due to Super Typhoon Uwan (international name Fung-Wong), according to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Ilocos regional office on Thursday.
