FIDE Files Complaint Against Former World Champion Over Cheating Allegations

Manila: The International Chess Federation (FIDE): filed a formal complaint Tuesday against former World Champion Vladimir Kramnik over repeated public accusations of cheating against two fellow grandmasters. According to Philippines News Agency, the complaint was submitted to FIDE’s Ethics and Disciplinary Commission and names Kramnik as the respondent. It cites a pattern of conduct over roughly two years involving American Grandmaster Daniel Naroditsky and Czech Grandmaster David Navara. Repower Energy Sees 33% Revenue Increase Amid Heavy Rains

Manila: Heavy rains during the third quarter of the year helped lift revenues of publicly-listed run-of-river hydropower developer Repower Energy Development Corp. (REDC) to PHP526.7 million, the company announced Wednesday.
